The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 17 May 2019 the Company concluded with Cross Point C Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Ordering Party") contract for the implementation of the task titled "Construction of the Cross Point C office building".

Contract parameters:

• Contract value of the: PLN 31.31 million gross,

• Implementation period: 14 months,

• Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of invoice issued and submitted to the Ordering Party,

• The warranty period is - 120 months for construction and waterproofing, 60 months for other works,

• Good performance security: 10% of the net value of the contract, ie PLN 2.55 million.
