Report 16/2026 - Update of Estimated Results for 2025

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the "Company") presents updated estimated results for the year 2025:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative for 2025):

- sales revenue: 1,309 million PLN,

- gross loss on sales: 40 million PLN,

- net loss: 102 million PLN (including net loss attributable to the Parent Company's shareholders: 103 million PLN and net profit attributable to non-controlling shareholders: 1 million PLN).

Individual financial data (cumulative for 2025):

- sales revenue: 989 million PLN,

- gross loss on sales: 66 million PLN,

- net loss: 105 million PLN.

The Management Board of the Company informs that the update of the above-presented estimated results for 2025, compared to the data presented in report no. 7/2026, is related to the update of budgets for several construction contracts. After a re-analysis, a more cautious approach was taken to the amounts recoverable from clients. As a result, sales budgets for these contracts were reduced, which negatively impacted the net result.

At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the presented financial data in the financial statements for 2025 are still under review by an independent auditor, which may affect their final shape. This report will then be subject to the auditor's opinion and approval by the relevant bodies of the Company.
