The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 26 May 2021, the Company was notified by PKP "Intercity" S.A. ("Employer") on the selection of the most advantageous offer of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in the proceedings entitled "Reconstruction of Inspection Channels and Floors at Wrocław Główny Station Depot Hall".

The offer submitted by the Company includes:

- Contract value: PLN 29.99 million gross.

- Completion date: 20 months from the date of handing over the Construction Site.

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of delivery to the Employer of a correctly issued invoice.

- Warranty period of 36 months.

- Performance bond: 5% of the offer price (gross price) paid in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed within 10 days from the date on which one became or could have become aware of the circumstances constituting the basis for its submission.
