Report 15/2026 - Extension of the repayment term of the loan granted by a related party

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the "Company"), in connection with Current Report No. 2/2026 dated 23/01/2026 and Current Report No. 6/2026 dated 23/03/2026, informs that on April 22, 2026, the Company agreed with Acciona Construcción, S.A. on the terms of extending the repayment period of a short-term loan granted to the Company by one (1) month, i.e., until May 23, 2026.

The extension was granted for a limited period of one month only and covers the remaining loan amount along with interest accrued in accordance with the current loan agreement, the total amount of which as of April 23, 2026, will be PLN 111,693,704.82. Other terms of the loan remain unchanged.

Acciona Construcción S.A. has informed that it does not intend to extend the short-term financing for longer periods and that any further support would require an analysis of the Company's current and projected financial situation, including an assessment of alternative financing options, such as financing from financial institutions or a capital increase.

Moreover, Acciona Construcción S.A. intends to make every effort to support the Company regarding these alternative financial solutions, thereby ensuring the continuity of its operations.

The Company will inform the market of any further significant changes in this regard, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
