The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("The Company") presents the estimated results for the first half of 2024:

Consolidated financial data (cumulative data for the first half of 2024):

- sales revenues: PLN 655 million,

- gross profit on sales: PLN 6 million,

- net loss: PLN 27 million (including net loss attributable to shareholders of the Parent Company: PLN 23,5 million and net loss attributable to non-controlling shareholders: PLN 3,5 million).

Separate financial data (cumulative data for the first half of 2024):

- sales revenues: PLN 532 million,

- gross profit on sales: PLN 1 million,

- net loss: PLN 18 million.

At the same time, the Company informs that the presented financial data may differ from the data that will be presented by the Company in the consolidated and separate financial statements for the first half of 2024.
