The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (‘Company’, ‘Issuer’) informs that on 04.06.2024 the Consortium of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (‘Leader’) and Mostostal Płock S.A. (‘Partner’) - a subsidiary of the Issuer (48.69% of shares, 53.10% of votes at the GM) concluded with PERN S.A. (‘Principal’) a contract worth PLN 181.72 million gross for the following task: ‘Construction of three tanks with a capacity of 50,000 m3 each for the storage of Class III petroleum products together with the accompanying infrastructure at the Fuel Depot No. 21 in Dębogórze ’.

- Value: PLN 181.72 million gross.

- Issuer's share in the Consortium: 27,92%

Main provisions of the contract:

- Completion date: 72 weeks

- Payment term: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Purchaser

- Maximum guarantee period: 60 months

- Performance bond: 10% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the above Agreement, due to its significant value, may have a potentially significant impact on the Company's future financial results.
