Report 13/2025 - Signing of a contract for the renovation of the Student House of the Medical University in Wrocław

The Management of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on July 3, 2025, it concluded with the Piastów Śląskich University of Medical Sciences in Wrocław ("Contracting Authority") a Contract for construction works consisting of the Reconstruction of the "Bliźniak" Student House of the Piastów Śląskich University of Medical Sciences in Wrocław, implemented in the design-build formula with a total value of 45.62 million PLN gross.

Contract for the execution of construction works and conservation works under the Project entitled: "Reconstruction of the "Bliźniak" Student House of the Piastów Śląskich University of Medical Sciences in Wrocław at 12 Wojciecha z Brudzewa Street".

- Contract value: 45.62 million PLN gross:

- Implementation deadline: by March 15, 2026

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Contracting Authority.

- Warranty period: 60 months from the completion of construction.

- Security for proper performance: 5% of the Company's Remuneration, provided in the form of a bank guarantee.

In the Management's assessment, the above Contract, due to its significant value, may potentially have a significant impact on the Company's future financial results.
