The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. _‘Company’, ‘Issuer’_ with reference to current report No. 8/2024 of 6 May 2024 and current report No. 10/2024 of 22 May 2024, informs that on 23 May 2024 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company dismissed Mr Ernest Podgórski from his position on the Supervisory Board of the Company and appointed Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk to the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. X term of office.

CV of the newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board:

Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University _1992_, the Institute of Public Administration in Paris _1994_, Postgraduate Studies at the European Centre at the University of Warsaw _1994_ and a scholarship holder of the Robert Schuman Foundation in Paris _1993_. Since 1996, he has been a legal advisor affiliated with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. In May 2017, he was appointed Chevalier of the National Order of Merit of the French Republic _l'Ordre National du Mérite_ by the President of France.
Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk started his professional career in 1992 at the Ministry of Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries, before continuing at the European Commission in Brussels and the Office for European Integration. From 1994 to 2014 he was associated with the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel known in Poland as Tokarczuk, Jędrzejczyk i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna GLN Sp.k., including from 1999 as a local partner and from 2004 as an international partner. In his long career, he has also gained experience as a lecturer in the Department of Administrative and Economic Law at the University of Warsaw. Since 2014, he has been the managing partner of the law firm Robert Jędrzejczyk i Wspólnicy Sp. k.
In addition, in the period from 1998 to 2024, Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk was/is a member of the Supervisory Boards of, among others, the following Companies: Manuli Hydraulics Polska S.A. from 1998 to the present; Legia Warszawa S.A. from 2017 to the present; SHiUZ Sp. z o. o. from 2017 to the present; DESA S.A from 2017 to the present; Baltona S.A from 2017. - 2019; MAK Investments S.A since 2011. - 2018; DK Energy Polska Sp. z o.o. from 2014 to 2016; SPEC S.A. _Veolia Warsaw_ from 2011 to 2015; Zakłady Tytoniowe w Lublinie S.A. from 2011 to 2015; Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej S.A. from 2008 to 2013; Praterm S.A. _Dalkia Term S.A._ from 2008 to 2012; Visotec-Socha sp. z o.o. from 2007 to 2009; Veolia Energia Łódź S.A. from 2005 to 2014; Dr Witt S.A. from 2004 to 2005; Manuli Auto Polska Sp. z o.o. from 2000 to 2005; Elektromontaż Bydgoszcz Sp. z o.o. from 1999 to 2006; Elektrociepłownia ‘Kraków’ S.A. _EDF Group_ from 1998 to 2011.
In addition, Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk is also: Arbitrator in the Football Arbitration Court of the Polish Football Association since 2021; Director of the Commercial Law Group _CLG_ in Dublin since 2017; President of the International Association of Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Poland _IGCC_ since 2013; Recommended Arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the National Chamber of Commerce since 2008; Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers _OIRP_ since 1996;

Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk speaks French, English and Russian in addition to Polish.
In accordance with his statement, Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk does not run any business activity that is competitive to the business of the Issuer, and does not participate in any business competitive in respect of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or as a member of an authority of a joint stock company, does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its authorities and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
