Report 12/2025 - Signing a contract for the implementation of the New Huta Museum project in Krakow

The Management Board of Mostostal Warsaw S.A. ("Company") informs that on June 27, 2025, the Company concluded an Agreement with the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow based in Krakow ("Contracting Authority") for the implementation of the New Huta Museum project in Krakow with a total value of 60.18 million PLN gross.

Agreement for the execution of construction works and conservation works as part of the Project entitled: "Modernization and expansion of the former Światowid cinema for the needs of the New Huta Museum."

- Contract value: 60.18 million PLN gross: - Implementation period: up to 33 months from the date of signing the agreement.

- Payment term: 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Contracting Authority.

- Warranty period: 60 months from the completion of the construction.

- Ensuring proper performance: 5% of the Contractor's Remuneration, provided in the form of a bank guarantee.

In the Board's assessment, the above Agreement, due to its significant value, may potentially have a material impact on the Company's future financial results.
