The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 11 May 2021, the Consortium consisting of Mostostal Kielce S.A. as a partner - a subsidiary of the Company (100% share in the share capital) and Wolmost Sp. z o.o. as a leader, has signed a contract with the Tarnów County - County Road Administration in Tarnów with its seat in Zglobice ("Employer") on the implementation of the task entitled "Renovation of the District Road no. 1346K at km 2 + 858.00 to km 3 + 300.00 (Bridge Structure at km 2 + 910.00 to km 3 + 199.00) in the Town of Ostrów, Tarnowski County, Stage II" ("Agreement").

- Agreement value: PLN 27.53 million gross (PLN 10.55 million gross, the amount attributable to Mostostal Kielce S.A.).

- Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the Agreement: 40 months.

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of submission of the invoice with relevant protocols and statements of Subcontractors at the seat of the Employer.

- The warranty period is: 84 months.

- Performance bond: 5% in the form of an insurance guarantee.
