Report 1/2026 - Dates of publication for periodic reports in 2026

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2026:

1. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2025: 29.04.2026

2. Semi-annual report and consolidated semi-annual report for 2026: 30.09.2026

3. Quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports:

- Q1 2026: 27.05.2026

- Q3 2026: 25.11.2026

The Company will not publish a quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026, in accordance with § 83 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions under which information required by the law of a non-member state may be considered equivalent.
