The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("the Company") hereby informs about the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024:

1. annual report and consolidated annual report for 2023: 30.04.2024 r.

2. half-yearly report and consolidated half-yearly report for 2024: 26.09.2024 r.

3. quarterly and consolidated quarterly reports:

- Q1 2024: 28.05.2024.

- Q3 2024: 27.11.2024.

The Company will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024 in accordance with § 79.2. of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
