The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board informs that Shareholders holding at least 5% of votes during the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting on 23 May 2022 were:

1. Acciona Construcción S.A. seated in Madrid, held 12,426,388 shares entitling to 12,426,388 votes, constituting 76.45% of the number of votes during the Meeting and 62.13% in the total number of votes.

2. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Fund PZU "Złota Jesień" held 3,827,000 shares entitling to 3,827,000 votes, constituting 23.55% of the number of votes during the Meeting and 19.14% in the total number of votes.
