The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (‘Company’) informs that the Company has received the candidacy of Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk for member of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

The candidate has been put forward in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 23 May 2024 and item 9 of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting providing for changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk agreed to stand as a candidate and submitted the relevant statement.

The consent and the curriculum vitae submitted by Mr Robert Jędrzejczyk are attached to the report.
