The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on30  April 30, 2021, the Company was notified by the University of Warsaw ("Employer") about the selection of the most advantageous offer by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in the proceedings entitled "Execution of General Contractor construction and assembly works for the investment entitled "Construction of a scientific and didactic building at  the Ochota Campus (psychology, cognitive science, psychophysiology)" covered by the long-term program entitled "University of Warsaw 2016-2025".

Offer submitted by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. includes:

- Contract value: PLN 138.93 million gross.

- Completion date: 30 months from the date of handing over the Construction Site.

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party of a correctly issued invoice.

- The warranty period for the works performed is 120 months from the signing of the Investment Final Acceptance Protocol.

- Performance bond: 5% of the offer price (gross price) paid in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed within 10 days from the date on which one became or could have become aware of the circumstances constituting the basis for its submission.
