The Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board ("Company") informs that on 17 June 2021, a consortium composed of: the Company - Leader and Acciona Construcción S.A. (parent entity of the Company - 62.13% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting) - Partner (both entities jointly "Contractor") concluded an agreement with the State Treasury - General Director of National Roads and Motorways based in Warsaw ("GDDKiA") on the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of the Opatów S74 and DK 9 Bypass".

The main provisions of the contract:

- Contract value: PLN 403.66 million gross.

- Completion date: 36 months.

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

- The maximum warranty period is 10 years.

- Performance bond: 10% of the contract value in the form of a bank guarantee.
