Commentary of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. on the results for the first three quarters of 2025
In the three quarters of 2025, the Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group generated sales revenues of PLN 1,071 million (compared to PLN 1,124 million in the same period of 2024) and achieved an operating profit of PLN 70 million (compared to PLN 43 million in the same period of 2024). After nine months of 2025, the Capital Group reported a gross profit of PLN 9 million (whereas in the same period of 2024 the Group recorded a gross loss of PLN 16 million). As of 30 September 2025, the Group employed 1,403 staff members.
The order portfolio of the Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group as at 30 September 2025 amounted to PLN 2,796 million. Between January and the end of September 2025, the Group’s companies concluded contracts with a total value of PLN 848 million.
The size of our portfolio secures the Group’s operations for more than two-year period. We are undertaking actions to maintain Mostostal Warszawa Group in good financial and operational condition. Our primary focus is on ensuring the highest quality of services provided, as well as on effective cooperation with our Clients and Subcontractors. We continue to pursue active yet prudent tendering, taking into account rising prices and the availability of qualified staff, material and labor costs.
Furthermore, we seek to continue the diversification of the company in the infrastructures area, general building and increasing participation in the transformation of Poland’s energy sector, leveraging our knowledge and experience to support efforts in reducing the environmental impact of the energy and industrial through our work, our own experience, and that of our strategic partner – Acciona.
