- I would like to thank the teams involved in planning and relocating from the old place, and the people implementing investments in Urzucie, Site Manager - Łukasz Ociesa, Works Manager - Łukasz Wawrzak, Electrical Works Manager - Arkadiusz Łysek and Sanitary Works Manager - Paweł Wierzchowski. Equipment and Transport Base in Urzucie
The new base replaced the previously rented facility at ul. Łopuszańska in Warsaw. The entire investment, including a comprehensive multi-sector design and construction project, started in October 2021.
As part of the investment, a new, two-level building with a total area of almost 3,000 m2 was built and a storage yard with full utilities was built. The facility has been divided into a social and office part, intended for employees of the Equipment and Transport Base and the Central Laboratory, a laboratory part and a two-function hall. The social and office part is a two-level building with a total area of almost 800 m2. The hall is provided with a renovation part, enabling minor repairs of the equipment base, and a storage part.

In addition, an accumulation and evaporative tank, a sanitary sewage system with a sewage treatment plant, a rainwater sewage system with drainage, gas installation, parking spaces, a parking and unloading yard, a waste collection site, communication system and area lighting were built.
