The scope of work entrusted to Mostostal Warszawa also included the development of the site, including the creation of a rainwater retention basin, landscaping, green areas, associated structures and a traffic layout. The total number of premises on the site is two hundred and seventy-two flats available for rent and eight commercial premises on the ground floor.

In addition, the flats within the development were comprehensively finished. The total value of the finishing works amounted to PLN 17.89 million net.

The total value of the contract was PLN 72.62 million net.
