The building will offer 173 apartments with a floor area ranging from 29 sq. m to 110 sq. m. The underground parking lot will provide 225 parking places and 154 tenant storerooms. The contract value is net PLN 34 861 324.13, and the completion date is planned to be 5 November 2018.

On behalf of Mostostal Warszawa the contract was concluded by Janusz Stanaszek, Director of the Southern Division, on Investor’s behalf - Henniger Investment SA - Szymon Domagała, Board Chairman. Wojciech Mazur was appointed as Contract Director, and Jan Boczar – the Project Manager.

Implementation of another stage of the Mieszkaj w Mieście estate clearly proves that our cooperation is continuing to evolve and the works are progressing as planned. 12 stages are to be implemented on a land lot of 20 ha, so this is a project worth fighting for” – said Janusz Stanaszek, Director of the Southern Division.

The new building has been designed in a C-shaped form and is one of two multi-family buildings that jointly form an internal courtyard with green areas designated for recreation of the inhabitants and areas designated for independent cultivation of plants and tenants’ gardens. The building will also house service units, which will be provided with a direct link to the recreation promenade. All entries to the building will be situated on the side of the internal courtyard.
