On 20 November 2018 Mostostal Warszawa SA and Acciona Nieruchomości Wilanów sp. z o.o. signed a contract for the construction of a five-storey multi-family residential building with a single-storey underground garage, accompanying services, with access to the building and the necessary infrastructure.
The investment site is located in Warsaw's Wilanów at ul. Archbishop J. Teodorowicz in the area of Al. Rzeczpospolita on the so-called Prague terrace.
