The key task at the beginning of the works was to present the possibilities of openBIM and prepare the staff to work in this technology. The developed training programs were used as part of the European BIMplement project, which aims at improving the competences of engineering staff. All the implementation activities were based on openBIM and work on open standards of buildingSMART Polska, of which Mostostal Warszawa is a co-founder.

BIM tools were used to perform pre-bills, inter-branch coordination and the implementation of a digital platform to manage documentation and processes related to the construction. As a result, Mostostal Warszawa's team received reliable and precise information regarding the quantity of elements such as reinforced concrete, masonry or plaster, while the pre-invoicing from models saved 75% of time and was the basis for subsequent settlements with subcontractors. 

The primary school has capacity for 750 pupils. The school has a gymnasium, an open-air car park, and a pitch with an artificial surface on the roof of the car park. The task also included the development of adjacent areas with access roads and the necessary technical infrastructure.
