We started work on the construction of a multi-family residential building in Poznań, and our staff was the first to take part in the new health and safety training campaign.
The OHS training campaign aims to familiarize employees of Mostostal Warszawa on newly constructed construction sites with the guidelines of the Management System, work safety and environmental protection rules. The campaign is conducted by the Health and Safety Department in cooperation with the Management Systems Department. The aim of the campaign is to help in the safe and thoughtful organization of the construction site, to provide the necessary tools and knowledge in the areas of the Management System. Thanks to this, investments will be able to be implemented in an even safer and more friendly way for the environment and employees.
We are implementing multi-family residential building at Wągrowska Street in Poznań for Vantage Development SA. The investment will include 235 apartments. The building will have nine above-ground floors and one underground level, 5 staircases and a garage. The task also includes the full development of the area with elements of street furniture and outdoor lighting, as well as the construction of water and telecommunications connections, sanitary and rain sewage systems, roads, etc. The building will be supplied with water, electricity and heat, sanitary sewage and rainwater will be properly drained to municipal sanitary and rainwater sewage systems. The usable area of the building will exceed 11 thousand m2.
