The subject matter of the agreement is the construction of residential multi-family building CE1 in Krakow at Katowicka St. with underground garage, service premises on the ground floor and accompanying infrastructure.  

Janusz Stanaszek, Director of Southern Division of Mostostal Warszawa signed the contract on behalf of Mostostal Warszawa SA. The investor was represented by Szymon Domagała, President of the Management Board of Henniger Investment SA. The Contract Manager was appointed Maciej Popiołek, and Construction Manager – Jan Boczar. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 34 251 537,02 net.

– Contract with Henniger Investment company is another residential project which Southern Division will be realizing in Krakow. This year we also signed an agreement with City Council Krakow for the construction of municipal flats at Zalecie St. In case of the investment in Bronowice we will be constructing one of the twelve stages on the property with the area of 20 ha. Ultimately, the estate will feature 2 200 apartments. As we can see, the scale of the project is enormous. As the general contractor I can reassure that we are going to do our utmost in order to extend our cooperation with the investor with new agreements – said Janusz Stanaszek, Director of Southern Division of Mostostal Warszawa.

The building which will be erected at the MWM estate is to constitute a fully independent housing district with the various types of buildings and rich infrastructure of the service. It will form an attractive localization in Krakow as a modern and human-friendly place for a living. The design of the housing estate was created by Medusa Group.

The construction of the 2.1 stage will be launched at the end of this year. The new building was designed in the shape of C letter holding an inner courtyard with green areas for residents, playground and individual gardens for ground-floor inhabitants. In the northern part of the building will be situated service premises directly connected with a nice walking path.  All entrances to the estate will be localized on the side of the inner courtyard.
