The facility to be built by Mostostal Warszawa will accommodate 235 apartments. The building will have nine overground storeys and one underground level, 5 staircases and a garage. The task also includes the full development of the area with elements of street furniture and outdoor lighting, as well as the construction of water and telecommunications connections, sanitary and rain sewage systems, roads, etc. The building will be supplied with water, electricity and heat, sanitary sewage and rainwater will be properly drained to municipal sanitary and rainwater sewage systems. The usable area of ​​the building will exceed 11 thousand m2.

Contract Details:
Contract value: PLN 47.60 million net
Completion date: up to 18 months from the date of delivery of the construction site.
Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Ordering Party.
The maximum warranty period for the building structure is 20 years.
Performance bond: 10% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.
