Mostostal Warszawa is to build a hotel and office building in Wrocław

On June 18, Mostostal Warszawa signed with Vastint Poland Sp. z o. o. for a contract for the construction of a hotel and office building in Wrocław. Contract value: EUR 23,80 million net.

Construction:

• 6 overground and 2 underground storeys

• Prefabricated reinforced concrete mullion and transom structure

• Prefabricated floor slabs on repeatable levels

• Monolithic installation and communication core

• Underground storeys in a white bathtub system

• Flat roof on the building and green roof on the ceiling of the underground garage

• Glass facade

Hotel

Total area: 7,656 m2

Construction:

• 7 overground and 1 underground storeys

• Typical storey consisting of prefabricated modules

• Monolithic installation and communication core

• Underground storeys in a white bathtub system

Architecture:

• Flat roof on the building and green roof on the ceiling of the underground garage

• Glass facade

Contract Details:

• Contract value: EUR 23,80 million net

• Completion date: 15.12.2022.

• Payment term: 21 days

• The maximum warranty period is 10 years.

• Performance bond: EUR 2.2 million in the form of a bank guarantee.
