Mostostal Warszawa will build another building at Tuwima Street in Łódź
On May 5 Mostostal Warszawa has signed a contract with Vantage Development for the construction of a multi-family residential building with services and an underground car park at 64 Tuwima Street in Łódź. The value of the contract exceeds PLN 48 million net.
- The residential building at Tuwima Street is another investment in Łódź in which we are involved as General Contractor. After successfully completed in recent years: revitalization of a tenement house and construction of a student house, we are proceeding with an investment in a residential building - says Jorge Calabuig Ferre, Vice-President of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa.
The building to be constructed by Mostostal Warszawa is a multi-family residential building with commercial premises on the ground floor, in a shape similar to the letter "F". The form of the building is simple - it consists of a lower, 7-storey part along Targowa Street, Tuwima Street and Scheibler Family Avenue and two 9-storey "towers" located deep inside the plot.

Contract value: PLN 48,340,994.62 net
Completion date: 77 weeks
Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Purchaser
Maximum warranty period for the building structure is 20 years.
Performance bond: 10% of the net remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.
