The first phase of the project will begin with the construction of eleven buildings of varying numbers of floors, comprising a total of 378 apartments intended for long-term rental. This part of the development will be located near Rondo Staroleka, along Hetmanska Street, extending to the Warta River. Construction works are scheduled to commence in the spring of 2024 and will last for 30 months.

Portowo is a residential scheme planned on a 19-hectare area located by the Warta River, in close proximity to downtown Poznań. The plot, situated near an important transportation hub - Rondo Staroleka, also has access to Wartostrada, making it an attractive proposition for enthusiasts of walks and bike rides.

The development of the estate will proceed in stages, spanning over several years. The final completion of the construction is expected in 2036. The entire project will encompass nearly 50 multi-family buildings with diverse characteristics and modern ground-floor commercial and service spaces, offering 1800 apartments for rent and sale. The sizes will range from 30 m² for small studios to over 100 m² for five-bedroom apartments. All apartments will be move-in ready and offered in several finishing styles proposed by the developer.

The estate is planned as a cozy town with all amenities and services. Within the area, public utility facilities will be established alongside recreational and leisure spaces for both children and adults. Residents will have direct access to the water, utilizing the estate's marina for motorboats, boats, and kayaks, as well as a dyke connecting the northern part of the project to riverside areas. The reconstruction of Starolecka Street, from Rondo Staroleka to Romana Maya Street, planned as part of the project, will further enhance the communicative value of the estate.
