The task of the consortium running the investment in the "design and build" system will be to design the expressway, obtain a decision on the permission for road construction, construct a road with engineering facilities and associated infrastructure, develop as-built documentation and obtain a permit for use.

The scope of works includes the construction of a dual expressway with emergency lanes and a reserve of outdoor space for the third lane, with cross roads and access roads enabling connection to the existing road network, including removal of collision with technical infrastructure, environmental protection devices.

As part of the project, there also will be made engineering structures: 5 road viaducts, 6 passages for animals, 9 culverts with an ecological function.

On behalf of Mostostal Warszawa and ACCIONA Construcción the agreement was signed by: Jorge Calabuig Ferre - Vice President of the Board of Mostostal Warszawa, Sławomir Barczak - Director of the Infrastructure Department at Mostostal Warszawa and Yves Marchand - Director of Financial Analyzes and Reports in Mostostal Warszawa.

Completion date: 34 months - including the designing time, were winter periods are counted, while completion of works were winter periods are not included - from 15 December to 15 March
Payment date: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice
The warranty period: 10 years
Due performance security: a bank guarantee of 10% of contractual remuneration, PLN 27.3 million
