Mostostal Warszawa with a greater ability to obtain guarantees
Mostostal Warszawa has concluded an annex to the contract for a guarantee line with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. According to the agreement, Intesa has increased the guarantee limit granted to Mostostal from PLN 150 million to PLN 225 million.
- The agreement we have reached with Intesa is another proof of Mostostal Warszawa's high credibility for financial institutions - says Carlos Resino Ruiz, Member of Mostostal Warszawa's Management Board. - By increasing the guarantee limit, we will be able to obtain bank guarantees for further projects expanding our order portfolio.
Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. is a bank supervised by the Bank of Italy. The bank's head office is located in Turin, with an additional seat in Milan. Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. conducts banking activity in Poland through Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. Spółka Akcyjna Branch in Poland. The branch offers a wide range of services including: corporate banking, export financing, structured trade finance, local and international cash flow management, payment optimisation and treasury products to manage liquidity, interest rate and exchange rate risks.
