Mostostal Warszawa will supply spans made of composites for the EuroVelo 11 bicycle route
Mostostal Warszawa has signed a contract for the delivery of three prefabricated footbridge spans made of concrete reinforced with FRP composite. The project has been acquired and will be implemented by the Research and Development Department.

I am convinced that the project will significantly contribute to the popularization of the innovative technology developed by us.
The contract provides for delivery to the construction site of ready-to-install spans equipped with a surface and bearings. The assembly of all footbridges is planned for one day and will take place in June 2023.
The EuroVelo 11 route is part of the European cycle route network. It is an ambitious infrastructure project on a huge scale. Therefore, it is important to use durable technical solutions, such as corrosion-resistant footbridges reinforced with FRP composite. This technology will allow the built infrastructure to offer cyclists comfort and safety for many years to come.
