As part of the contracts, Mostostal Warszawa will implement a warehouse-office building, reconstruction of an internal road section, a loading-unloading area and a parking lot in the area of locomotive and wagon halls.

- We are becoming increasingly active in the railway construction segment. Warehouse-office space

The contract for the construction of a warehouse-office building was signed on December 20, 2023. The value of the contract is PLN 10.7 million net.

The scope of contract works includes:

• Construction of a two-storey warehouse-office building, without a basement, with a height of up to 9 m; area of ​​1393.26 sqm,
• Demolition and construction of a warehouse canopy with an area of ​​169.64 sqm,
• Installation of three warehouse-technical containers (for storing materials such as oils, paints, technical gases),
• Site preparation,
• Construction of connections and construction and reconstruction of external networks: water supply, rainwater drainage, general-purpose sanitary sewage, and external central heating installation, as well as construction of power supply networks for buildings and devices and area lighting,
• Site hardening,
• Demolition of existing buildings along with dismantling of equipment.

The implementation period is 13 months from the date of signing the contract.

Locomotive depot area reconstruction

The contract for the reconstruction of the locomotive depot area was signed on December 29, 2023. The value of the contract is PLN 5.4 million net.

The scope of contract works in the locomotive depot area includes:

• Demolition of 3 warehouse buildings,
• Reconstruction of an existing internal road over a length of approximately 375 m, width of 5 m,
• Construction of rainwater drainage,
• Construction of a maneuvering yard with dimensions of 18m x 31m,
• Construction of a loading-unloading area with dimensions of approx. 38m x 36m,
• Construction of an area of ​​approx. 40 sqm,
• Construction of a parking lot for 21 parking spaces,
• Reconstruction of external hydrants to underground ones,
• Construction of lighting installation consisting of 21 lighting masts.

The implementation period for the investment is 8 months from the date of signing the contract.

Wagon depot area reconstruction

As part of the investment, worth PLN 4.8 million net, Mostostal Warszawa will reconstruct the internal road, loading-unloading area, and parking lot at 26 Paczkowskiego Street in Wrocław. The contract was signed on December 29, 2023.

Works in the wagon hall area include:

• Demolition of a warehouse building and closed canopy,
• Reconstruction of an existing internal road over a length of approximately 360 m, width of 5 m,
• Construction of rainwater drainage,
• Construction of a crossing over the tracks,
• Construction of a maneuvering yard with dimensions of 25m x 25m,
• Construction of a loading-unloading area with an area of approx. 760 sqm,
• Construction of a parking lot for 36 parking spaces,
• Reconstruction of external hydrants to underground ones,
• Construction of lighting installation consisting of 17 lighting masts.

The investment will be implemented within 8 months from the date of signing the contract.
