Mostostal Warszawa will build 'Nowy Mokotów' residential estate
Mostostal Warszawa signed a contract with Echo Investment S.A. for the construction of the third stage of the residential estate "Nowy Mokotów" on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw. Under the project will be erected 239 flats and apartments with total area of over 34,000 square meters. The expected value of the investment is calculated at 64 million zlotys and the completion deadline is forseen for the third quarter of 2017.
The "Nowy Mokotów" residential development is being built on Konstruktorska Street, in the vicinity of office buildings located at the industrial area of Służewiec district in Warsaw. The third, which is the penultimate stage of investment, includes the construction of eight six-storey buildings, in which will rise 239 flats and apartments.
The project contains mainly two- and three-room flats, but also on the top floors will be situated spacious apartments with large terraces and green roofs. All the apartments located on the ground floor will have their own gardens and other loggias and balconies. Mostostal Warszawa also will built an underground garage which will include storage units and bike cubicles. All buildings will be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
"The construction of the third stage of “Nowy Mokotów” estate is, after the recently signed contract for the construction of apartments in Cracow, another residential investment in portfolio of Mostostal Warszawa" – said Jacek Szymanek, member of the board of Mostostal Warszawa, during signing the contract.

Therefore, when executing the contract, we focus on top quality workmanship, creating functional living spaces and adequate infrastructure that facilitate and improve the comfort of its future residents" – said Artur Soczewica, director of Mostostal Warszawa Central Branch.
The “Nowy Mokotów” housing estate was designed as an autonomous urban unit with internal transport system, its own space favorable to social inclusion, greenery and services unit. The whole constitutes a closed complex with internal fenced courtyards.
