Mostostal Warszawa to construct residential building Nowe Południe for NAPOLLO in Warsaw
The land architecture of the Mokotów district at Śródziemnomorska 41 Street will change soon as will be proceeding the new project of Napollo. There, in the southern part of Stegny, Mostostal Warszawa is going to construct a multifamily building Nowe Południe within 19 months. The contract worth PLN 25.85 million net will be realized under the supervision of Central Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Artur Soczewica.
NAPOLLO company has selected Mostostal Warszawa to construct the Nowe Południe in a tender process. This is the first project that the company will carry out for this investor. Napollo is a developer and investor of residential and commercial projects. The residential projects that arise under the umbrella of Napollo in Warsaw and Lublin are distinguished by functionality, modern architecture, high standard and represent an example of a well thought-out concept of spatial planning. The company specializes in small and medium commercial facilities mainly convenience shopping centers across the country.
– I’m happy that we have concluded the agreement with this rapidly growing developer. The project Nowe Południe is the first investment that we are in together with Napollo. Nowe Południe is to be a multi-family building holding 116 apartments, mostly popular on the market 2- and 3-bedroom flats, with an area ranging from 35 m2 to more than 100 m2. Each stairway on a floor can hold from 2 to 5 flats. Apartments above the sixth floor will be 3 m high. Every flat will have a balcony, loggia or terrace. Some apartments on the ground floor will have access to the individual yards. Storerooms, bicycle boxes, and parking will be situated on a two-level underground storey.
The Nowe Południe building, designed in the shape of irregular U letter, will be measuring 7 storeys in the central part and up to 11 in the eastern wing. Entrance to the property as well as entrances to the stairwells will be situated on the side of Śródziemnomorska Street. There will be also carefully designed green courtyard in the front of the building.
The construction will be preceded by the demolition of five terraced houses which are located in the investment area. The realization will last 19 months.
