Mostostal Warszawa will build a new police headquarters in Gdańsk. The scope of works covers general contractor works, including detailed design development. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of April 2017.
Mostostal Warszawa will build a new police headquarters in Gdańsk. The scope of works covers general contractor works, including detailed design development. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of April 2017.
The new police headquarters in Gdańsk Śródmieście will be located within the Długa street, Grobla street, Zabłota street and Wiesława street section. The project's completion phase will be preceded by development of a detailed design and for this task Mostostal Warszawa has 4 months commencing from the conclusion date of agreement.
"Design works will include, among others, development of an excavation drainage technological project – construction project tests had been carried out when the ground water level was low – we were expecting these levels to rise during the project. Our tasks also include development of a ground reinforcement design with selection of a suitable work technology – on the basis of a detailed assessment of macroscopic and possible additional geological tests," says Maciej Sasak, Northern Division Manager at Mostostal Warszawa.
Mostostal Warszawa's tasks also include development of a detailed design covering: structural and construction elements, transmitter mast, structural facades, architectural design with interior fittings for building's shared sections, i.e. main hall, corridors, and conference room. Planning of heat networks, gas-fired boiler room technologies with internal gas system, mechanical HVAC, sanitary systems, including water supply and sewage system, sewage pumping station, rainwater drainage system, hot water system, heating system, technological heat system, and power generation and telecommunication systems.
General works will also include the following areas: road, structural and construction, sanitary, power, telecommunications, and landscape related works.
