Mostostal Warszawa to be general contractor of the III stage of Panoramika housing estate construction
Mostostal Warszawa signed contract worth PLN 15 700 000 for construction of the third stage of Panoramika housing estate in Szczecin. Multi-family residential building which will hold 122 flats will be erected in Warszewo district. Western Branch of Mostostal Warszawa under Marzena Witkowska will supervise realization of the contract.
Some time ago we informed that Mostostal Warszawa has entered Galaxy shopping centre construction site, and now our company is to start realization of the new project in the city. Ronson Development Partner 4 Sp. z o.o. - Panoramika, Spółka Komandytowa has chosen Mostostal Warszawa general contractor of the third stage of Panoramika housing estate at Krasińskiego Street.Net contract value is PLN 15,7 mln. The construction will start on July this year and is scheduled for completion on December 2017. For the realization of the contract is responsible Western Region of Mostostal Warszawa under direction of Marzena Witkowska. Łukasz Czapla was designated contract manager.
– In the scope of the third stage Mostostal Warszawa will erect a residential building in which will be placed 122 flats, part of them available under MdM program (Flat for the Young). The project encompasses functional residential spaces, both small and large, which new buyers can easily arrange. As a part of the deal Mostostal Warszawa will perform land development and construct accompanying infrastructure at Krasińskiego Street. We will continue works at building site of the estate, originally started by Warbud. We hope to continue working in that part of the city in order to realize another two stages of Panoramika housing estate as investor intends to further develop the project. We also believe that a good cooperation with Ronson company will increase our position on local market as Western Region expansion will be proceeding – said Marzena Witkowska, Director of the Western Region of Mostostal Warszawa SA.
Panoramika housing estate is situaed in a convenient, well accessible location, about 10 minutes drive from the city centre. The exit route from the property helps to avoid traffic jams at Duńska Street. One can find swimming pools, parks, lakes and green areas suitable for walks and short trips in the nearest neighbourhood of Panormiaka estate. Kindergarten and nurseries are also in the vicinity. The ski slope is a big local attraction. For sure, residents will enjoy cycle paths and running trails.
