Mostostal Warszawa starts construction of Nova Królikarnia Housing Estate
Cooperation between Mostostal Warszawa and Ronson Development Management is entering a new stage... of construction! This time investor – Ronson Group entrusted our company the implementation of the project at Jaśminowa Street in Mokotów district. Mostostal Warszawa signed an agreement for the construction of the first stage of Nova Królikarnia housing estate in Warsaw.
Housing estate ‘Nova Królikarnia’ will be located in the prestigious neighbourhood near the Królikarnia Palace. Mostostal Warszawa will realize I stage of construction of the estate within 18 months. The contracts are worth PLN 39 700 000 net and the project will be carried out by the Central Region under the supervision of Artur Soczewica. Tomasz Zabrocki was assigned as the Site Manager.
– As a part of the project, which will be delivered in stages Mostostal Warszawa will raise multi-family buildings, city villas, and three-store terraced houses. In total, seven buildings that will accommodate 116 housing premises with an area from 56 m2 to 160 m2. The project includes construction of monolithic reinforced concrete buildings. Green areas will cover 60% of the property. There will be also a lake surrounded by a path for walks – said Artur Soczewica, Director of Central Region at Mostostal Warszawa.
The architectural design of the estate was prepared by architecture studio Kuryłowicz [&] Associates. The residential complex at Jaśminowa Street with its simple, modern aesthetics will relate to the modernist style. The upper storeys will be plastered and painted in a bright grey contrasting with graphite façades of the ground floors. Multi-family buildings will be highlighted by shutters in copper color and single-family buildings by horizontal leaps of the façades. Steel and graphite coloured balustrades of the interior will perfectly harmonize with it.
– In the last year in Warsaw real estate market we noticed a significant growth and all signs indicate that this trend will persist in the construction sector. In general, developers tend to plan multi-stage projects which realization takes several years and this creates opportunities for new contracts for construction companies. Residential projects which Central Region is realizing at the moment resulted from the successful cooperation with the Investor. I’m optimistic about the course of projects realised with Ronson Group and I count on working on the construction of the next stages of this estate – said Artur Soczewica, Director of Central Region at Mostostal Warszawa.
