On 10 December 2025, Mostostal Warszawa S.A. signed a contract with the Municipality of Grodziec to design and construct the Social Services Center and the Municipal Cultural Center. The contract value is PLN 29,944,000 net.

- This investment is important both for our company and for the residents of the municipality. In Grodziec, we will create a facility that will combine many functions essential to the local community—from culture and social services to administrative support. It is a project that requires a comprehensive approach and close attention to environmental aspects, which is why we are pleased to apply our experience to its implementation. We are convinced that the final result will become a key landmark in the municipality and will contribute to its further development - says Zbigniew Przybyłowicz, Commercial Director for the Western Region at Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

This project—emphasized during the contract signing ceremony—has been a long-held local aspiration.

A Modern Community Center – scope of the investment

The new complex will be a modern facility with a usable area of approximately 4,000 m², with full site development.
The project includes comprehensive land development and the construction of buildings providing a wide range of social, cultural, and administrative services. Under the contract, the following works will be carried out:

  • Construction of two buildings: a main two-storey structure with a basement and a single-storey utility/garage building.

  • Development of the transport system, including internal roads, connections with existing and planned driveways, parking spaces—including for people with disabilities—and a fire access route.

  • Development of outdoor areas, including the creation of a representative courtyard, an open-air event space, rain gardens, flowerbeds, low and high greenery, and a green terrace.

  • Construction of technical infrastructure, including underground retention and fire-fighting tanks, a transformer station, and spaces prepared for vehicle charging stations.

  • Execution of a functional layout of rooms, including offices, multifunctional and conference halls, archives, technical and staff facilities, a server room, and customer service areas.

  • Ensuring full accessibility for people with disabilities, including installation of an elevator and adaptation of circulation routes and sanitary facilities.

The investment also includes land reclamation and pro-environmental solutions implemented under the “Regenerated Natural Environment” program, co-financed by the ERDF. Additionally, the project will include the construction of a U-1-type shelter for 200 people, enhancing public safety in the municipality.

Completion of the investment is planned for the first half of 2028.
