Mostostal Warszawa S.A. awarded contract for the construction of the new headquarters of the District Police Station in Wieliczka

- The construction of the new headquarters of the District Police Station in Wieliczka is an investment of significant social importance, providing comfortable, safe, and modern working conditions for uniformed services. Małopolska is a strategic region for Mostostal Warszawa S.A., we have been delivering key projects here for many years. Scope of the investment

The contract covers the comprehensive construction of the administrative and office building of the District Police Headquarters in Wieliczka, along with complete infrastructure facilities. The scope of work includes, among others:

• an administrative and office building with an antenna mast and a full set of internal installations: water supply, sanitary and storm sewage systems, central heating, gas installation, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection, electrical and low-voltage systems, and radio communication with antennas;
• garages with a vehicle washing station and a generator installation;
• external installations, including a power supply line, site lighting, water supply and district heating systems, sanitary and technological sewage systems with wastewater pretreatment devices, and a stormwater system with a separator and retention tank;
• site development, including internal and fire roads, parking areas, pedestrian paths, retaining walls, and small architectural elements.

Importance of the investment

The new headquarters of the District Police Station in Wieliczka will improve working conditions for officers and enhance services for county residents. The project includes modern technological and functional solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of police operations and improving the safety of the local community.

The completion deadline is 30 months from the date of contract signing.
