The subject of the contract is construction of a single residential building B4 on the area of the Warsaw Miasteczko Wilanów. The facility is in the vicinity of Apartamenty Atmosfera, which was also built by Mostostal Warszawa. The land lot where the new property is going to be built is close to Klimczaka and Teodorowicza streets. The contract was concluded on 28.10.2016. Mostostal Warszawa was represented by: José Ángel Andrés López, Deputy President of the Management Board: Business Development and Artur Soczewica, Director of the Central Division. Persons present on behalf of the investor, Acciona Nieruchomości, were: Beata Kwiatkowska Latosińska – Board Member and Monika Kostrzębska – Board Member. The net contract value amounts to PLN 36 900 000.

“Once again Mostostal Warszawa is going to implement a residential building project, but in this case for a company which, similarly as Mostostal Warszawa, is part of the Acciona Group. Clearly this contract is of considerable importance for us in building good relations within our group. We want to the partnership between Acciona Nieruchomości and Mostostal to be boosted. “The Nova Atmosfera residential complex was designed by the MAZM Sp. z o.o. design office. The building will have five storey over the ground and an underground part. The offer of the planned project comprises 134 apartments with an area ranging from 33 sq. m to 141 sq. m. To assure comfort to the residents, the developer plans to have no more than four apartments allocated on a storey“ – added Artur Soczewica, Director of the Central Division.

The facility is situated in a tranquil place, away from the bustle of busy roads, and offers space appropriate for resting. The tenants will have access to a spacious bright courtyard. Apartments situated on the ground floor will have gardens and terraces, while apartments on other storeys will have balconies and spacious loggias. It is also possible to buy individual store rooms and parking places in the underground garage. Families with children and cyclists will also have access to special premises in the building designated only for the storage of prams and bicycles. On the ground floor space was also provided for needs of eight service units.
