Mostostal Warszawa leading the new project of Vantage Development

Map of residential investment in Warsaw is getting bigger. Mostostal Warszawa has recently concluded the agreement for the construction of multifamily housing development in Mokotów district. The investment worth PLN 36.6 million will be realized for Vantage Development by Central Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Artur Soczewica. According to the schedule, the construction on the Vena Mokotów site will start soon after New Year’s Eve - in January. 

Apart from the construction of the residential buildings, the scope of works of Mostostal Warszawa encompasses preparing infrastructure and obtaining the permit for use. During geological survey remains of the buildings and debris were found in the investment area. The residential complex which will arise on the Pory Street will be composed of three buildings, ranging in height (from 4 to 7 storeys). There will 183 high-standard apartments in total. The developer included in the offer from smaller flats with balconies, to bigger ones with access to terraces or yards. In addition, on the top floor will be placed spacious apartments with mezzanines. The size of the apartments will vary from 34 to 139 square meters. The ground floor will provide an area for service and retail purposes.

Vantage Development company focuses its activities mainly on the Wrocław real estate market where it was classified in the first place considering the number of flats delivered in 2015. It is a fastly developing company which realizes both residential, office and commercial projects. In 2016 Vantage Development launched three residential projects encompassing nearly 600 flats in Warsaw, including Vena Mokotów Housing Development.

The investment is localized in the area with well-developed infrastructure. There are 51 educational facilities in the neighborhood such as nurseries, kindergartens, schools. Healthcare centers and hospitals are also situated in the proximity of the property. In addition, the residents will have a great access to two big shopping centers (Sadyba Best Mall and Galeria Mokotów) and several parks as well. Nearby are Stegny skating rink and tennis court.
