Mostostal Warszawa joins debate ‘Urbanisation: Innovation. Challenges of the Real Estate Market in Poland’
Urban space is dynamically changing. The demand for office and residential spaces isn’t diminishing so investors are more open to start new projects. Nevertheless, the development of the real estate market has to face new challenges. About future of the sector, global trends and other issues regarding contemporary housing and office market are going to talk participants of the meeting titled ‘Urbanisation: Innovation. Challenges of the Real Estate Market in Poland’ organized by Executive Club. On behalf of Mostostal Warszawa, the event will be attending Artur Soczewica, Director of Central Branch of Mostostal Warszawa.
Executive Club is an organization gathering together the representatives of top management from the most prominent Polish and international enterprises. The club regularly organizes member meetings that create perfect conditions to establish new business contacts and strengthen relationships between companies.Tomorrow, on September 26, 2017, will be held a debate devoted to real estate market. During this event, leaders of the real estate market and urban planners will try to answer some questions, e.g.:
- How to carry out investments in real estate market in the perspective of upcoming changes in the sector?
- How to avoid problems related to dense office development in the city?
- What’s worth investing? Where to find new opportunities?
- How effectively develop cooperation between the private investor and public clients?
- Real Investments Trusts in Poland – how it works and what to do to implement it properly in the country?
The event is held under the honorary patronage of the European Property Institute, Polish Real Estate Federation and Polish Urban Planners Association. Mostostal Warszawa is one of the partners of this event. The company carries out investments that change urban landscape. In the past year Mostostal Warszawa commissioned a few housing and office projects such as office building for the Police Headquarters in Gdańsk, Polish Air Navigation Services Agency in Warsaw, Crosspoint D in Łódź and further in the housing sector company completed modern and luxury apartment building at Wawrzyńca 19 in Krakow, Kamienica Jeżyce estate in Poznań and the third stage of Nowy Mokotów housing estate at Konstruktorska Street in the very heart of the capital city.
The planned debate of experts in the real estate sector creates a golden opportunity to network, know current trends and prognostics for the market. It also serves for exchanging experiences. On behalf of Mostostal Warszawa, Artur Soczewica, Director of Central Branch will attend the meeting.
