Mostostal Płock in good condition and with a full order portfolio
Mostostal Płock, a subsidiary of Mostostal Warszawa, has recently improved its condition. The company is currently implementing PERN's strategic projects and important renovation projects on refining and petrochemical installations.
The contracts for the implementation of modernization and renovation projects on the Olefin 2 Plant in the PKN Orlen petrochemical complex in Płock, signed in recent weeks by the Consortium, whose leader is Mostostal Płock, exceed the value of PLN 175 million and will be implemented until the third quarter of 2021.
- In addition to participating in further tank projects announced as part of the PERN mega-investment, we plan to increase our commitment to entities from the chemical and petrochemical industries. Our experience and competences can contribute to the Polish chemistry, for which we analyze the possibilities of developing our operational potential - says Jacek Szymanek, President of the Management Board of Mostostal Płock.
Internal competences as well as proven partners enable the company to participate in EPC projects which are more challenging but have a very positive impact on the company's development.
Recent years have led to an improvement in the condition of Mostostal Płock, which can be seen in the company's financial results. Interesting projects have been completed, such as the expansion of the Baltchem Fuel Terminal in Świnoujście, or the modernization of the DRW III installation at PKN Orlen in Płock. Mostostal Płock actively participates in the implementation of strategic projects. Together with Mostostal Warszawa, he implemented the project of expanding the PERN Terminal in Górki Zachodnie, where two tanks with a capacity of 100,000 m3 each were built, and also expanding the bases in Rejowiec Poznański (two tanks with a capacity of 32,000 m3 each) and in Boronów (a tank with a capacity of 10,000 m3). The company also actively implements smaller renovation projects in refining and petrochemical installations.
