The cornerstone ceremony for the Silesian Inter-University Education and Interdisciplinary Research Center (ŚMCEiBI) took place on 28 May 2010 at 13.00 p.m. in Chorzów. The consortium of Mostostal Warszawa and Acciona Infraestructuras is the general contractor of the project.
