The offer of the third stage of the estate will primarily consist in two- and three-room flats. The largest apartments situated at the top floor have access to green roofs and terrace. The tenants will also have at their disposal an underground parking, where also tenant storage rooms and bicycle storage premises will be provided. The design also comprised service premises, which are to make the estate self-sufficient. All buildings are fully adapted to needs of persons with disabilities. The green court and children’s’ playgrounds make Nowy Mokotów a clearly friendly type of space.
