The training for employees was conducted by the Head of the Health and Safety Department, Marcin Krysiewicz, who discussed the issues related to the organization of work on the construction site and the responsibility that rests on each employee of Mostostal Warszawa.

A meeting with the Inspector of the National Labor Inspectorate, Tomasz Pietrucha, was also held at the construction site. The training was addressed to a group of engineers, works managers, site manager and employees of the OHS Department and concerned legal issues related to the preparation of the construction site as well as the preparation and implementation of individual construction works, including accident hazards.

The priority of Mostostal Warszawa is to constantly improve the qualifications of employees, education and training in the field of occupational health and safety, and search for innovations to improve the quality of security systems. All activities are aimed at achieving the main goal of the Company - the elimination of fatal accidents on construction sites in Poland. Mostostal Warszawa is gradually approaching this goal by constantly raising safety standards on construction sites, striving to introduce modern security and organizational solutions developed, among others together with the company's Research and Development Department. The company also cares about increasing the level of health and safety culture in the organization through the commitment and responsibility of all employees and absolute response to non-compliance with health and safety requirements and near misses.
