The facility is located in the area where in the past industrial plants were located. The building was designed in a way that ensures optimal use of the plot area, taking into account planning considerations and neighboring buildings. The following segments can be distinguished in the structure of the building: wing A on the west side, wing B in the shape of the "L" letter on the east side and a common part for both wings - the ground floor. The whole will be connected from the side of Rembieliński Street with the external terrace to the storey.

- I am glad that we are implementing this investment in a Łódź’s  friendly environment, in a city important for us due to a number of implemented projects in recent years - said Maciej Sasak, Mostostal Warszawa’s Eastern Area Director. - I hope that today's ceremony will be the next step to even closer cooperation between Mostostal Warszawa and BaseCamp, covering further projects in Poland.

The “topping off” ceremony was attended by representatives of BaseCamp, including Piotr Brodzik, Development Director , representatives of the Lodz City Office, incl. Michal Śmiechowicz, Director of the Office for Economic Development and International Cooperation, as well as construction workers and representatives of Mostostal Warszawa, including Maciej Sasak, Arkadiusz Biniek, Contracts Group Director, Tomasz Pabiańczyk, Contract Manager, Karol Kauc, Construction Manager, as well as Paweł Kwiecień - Spokesperson.
