Another initiative of the Association for Safety in the Construction Industry
The Association for Safety in the Construction Industry initiates cooperation with the Polish Association of Employees of OHS Services.
At the beginning of November of 2014, representatives of the Association for Safety in the Construction Industry and the Polish Association of Employees of OHS Services signed a commencement letter that initiated an important step for the group of general contractors and OHS service employees in communicating safe work across the construction industry. “The activities of the association are uniform across multiple areas. We are focused on a common objective – to build work safety awareness and, as a result, decrease the number of accidents at work and to limit the number of occupational illnesses,” emphasises Jacek Szymanek, Member of the Management Board at Mostostal Warszawa.
Both groups also strive to reach the largest number of employees. General contractors involved in the association cooperate with small and medium-size subcontracting companies to complete contracts across the entire country. In addition, a lot of professionals involved in the association cooperate with its business partners.
The cooperation between the Association for Safety in the Construction Industry and the Polish Association of Employees of OHS Services is not only about exchanging knowledge and experience in the implementation of new solutions or safe work culture communication, but it is also about the improved effectiveness of our joint activities towards work safety improvement.
