Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 22 May 2020 the Company concluded with "Ronson Development Partner 4 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością - Panoramika" Spółka komandytowa ("Employer") annex no. 2 to the Construction Work Agreement dated 8.11.2017 for the construction of a multi-family residential building "L3" in Szczecin at ul. Panoramiczna and Krasińskiego (Raport 68/2017), extending the agreement to cover Stage 6, entitled "Stage 6" - "PANORAMIKA 6 – Group of Multi-Family Residential Buildings with Technical infrastructure - building L5" in Szczecin at Panoramiczna and Krasińskiego streets on the plot of land no. 50/14 and reconstruction of the road system on the land plot no. 50/2 dr, of the 2038 Pogodno area.

•  Annex Value: PLN 16.70 million net.
• Completion date: 20 months from the beginning of construction works.
• Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of invoice receipt.
• Maximum guarantee period is 10 years.
• Performance bond: 10% of the net value of the contract in the form of a bank guarantee.
