Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 9 March 2020 the Company signed a letter of intent with natural persons regarding the purchase of a property with the area of about 5 ha located in the Ożarów Mazowiecki Municipality which will be used as equipment base.

The conditions for the finalizing  the agreement are completion of due-diligence process and obtaining  Supervisory Board’s consent for the purchase.

The transaction value will amount to PLN 8.15 million.

The Company shall immediately inform about the conclusion of the contract in a current report.
